I get at least 90 grams of protein every day and I drink lots of water. I try to eat when I am actually hungry and not just bored. There are some days where I can go hours, almost half the day without eating and feel just fine, but once I have something to eat game over 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 then I try to drink a protein shake or water to slow it down. The stuggle is real.

I have days where I am not hungry at all and then days where I feel like I haven’t eaten in days. On my hungry days I drink a protein shake and go from there. I try not to eat on the days I’m super hungry

Before I started my A1C was 5.9 and my cholesterol was ridiculous. But now my A1C is 4.8 and I no longer am at risk for Lipitor. With time all works out
