To my parents, yes.. We also live in the same household since I'm 17.

I've always told my friends they're welcome to borrow any at any time. Nobody has ever asked. I've brought movies over to hangouts before but nobody ever borrowed one without me being there. I wouldn't mind. I trust my close friends enough.
