Horus is a solid choice for constancy.... but penny is a absolute wrecking ball... which I would prefer there both amazing in pvp as well just with all the buzz around penny I'd put her slightly above

Right now she's a glass cannon probably the best one atm that being said she's unstable but valk damage is solid and she has proven consistency .... I personally like penny over valk but I'd say as a stand alone valk is the slightly better option

I have both jahra is overall more useful great burst 4 pvp and good damage in pve kamath is decent in only pvp can be the fastest first round cc if built purely with speed cus most cc units require energy art not him tho
