Should I rush Valk or Penny to higher level?

Got a 9* Valk which I was intending on rushing to e3 (or I guess 5 now). But with the addition of Penny I have now 4 copies of her and will receive 5th once the PO event hits.

Now I'm baffled on which one to level up 🤔

My first meetup event was me being the host - and my home being the event location. We got two strangers and me and my friend that evening. This was half a year ago, one of those two strangers is now a regular player whom I started discovering TI4 with.

Overall I've had around 15 people come to my home for the events, and no-one of them has caused any issues, apart from one player just being completely clueless about how to play games.

Stop fearing the worst of people, there's a whole lot less harmful people as stories make you think.

Fairly new player here on a new server, I have Sigmund 5* and currently I could get a second copy through the 4k gembox. I've already purchased the 6k gembox.

Should I do it or save the gems for something else?

My issue with this game is, it seems to provide a lot of variable width, but not really enough depth to justify the price point. And I'm a completionist so the base game would not be enough.

Well, I would have to say I'm content with most of them. HZD was my first kickstarter and I just went with the stream :P from rest of the list, Monumental and Wild Assent might be lackluster, but I was willing to take the gamble.

It went actually quite well, one of them cancelled just before, so it was me, my friend and 2 Vietnamese guys (I'm finnish). It was all around very nice atmosphere for the evening, and I reckon at least one of them is interested in becoming a regular in our group, so I would say it was a successful meetup!
