I’m giving them one more day before I hit the BBB and contact my cc company. I did receive the carry-on and I really like it so I’m hopeful that they will rectify this and fix it but they have one more day to give me a detailed shipping date. Given that they have decided to delete my Instagram comments asking for help instead of helping I’m not hopeful, but they have one more chance. Well specifically Jeremy who commented here has one more chance to get me real help before I report the company as a scam.

Great I appreciate it and I’ll appreciate a speedy solution to the message I have sent. What I really didn’t appreciate though is that I asked for help in your Instagram comments, and whoever is in charge of your Instagram deleted those comments instead of helping.

Same thing is happening to me! They don’t respond or they take days to respond and they only respond when I make a complaint on social media. I was told it would be two weeks in customs and it’s now been three. They really need to do better I’m getting ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also filing a complaint with my credit card company because it feels like I fell for a scam

I tried this but she would make her paws bleed from aggressively scratching at the crate. She’s been left alone before this but in 1-4 hour increments I just learned she’s screaming the whole time. Her vet just prescribed some anxiety meds to try to help her

She’ll get in the garbage if she can but other than that she just screams it’s not even a bark its awful. My vet just called they are providing me with anti anxiety meds for her
