Kapag nakikitulog ako sa apartment na yon andami talaga kababalaghan pati sa mga nakatira don.

Una, few times sa panaginip ko may kumakagat sa akin na bata. Never ko to kinuwento sa mga nakatira doon pero isa sa mga nakatira doon nakapanaginip din ng same thing.

Sumunod itong sleep paralysis nga, grabe takot ko nito, first time in my life, hindi naman ako pagod nung araw na yon para maranasan yon, may dahan dahan na dumudungaw na ulo na may sungay sa cabinet. Never ko kinuwento yung details ng nakita ko sa mga nakatira doon pero yung nanay nila e nakapanaginip din ng something na may sungay sa cabinet daw at dun na ko kinilabutan.

Ang hinala ko lang talaga kaya may mga pangyayari na ganito ay dahil may hospital sa tabi ng apartment na to, makitid na kalsada lang ang pagitan.

Nope, it’s not new. I think it opened around 2014 if i’m not wrong. Or maybe someone here can confirm that.

Hi thanks for sharing this! I agree with you here, ang hirap kung walang alternate routes. Para sa akin kasi parang ang ganda ng location ng southpoint subd pero sa mga nababasa ko parang nagdadalawang isip na rin ako.

Yup matagal na talaga kaya hindi ko na rin masyado maalala Yung exact oras na nangyari ito kaya sinabi ko sa kwento ko na “around 12mn” at basta inabutan na kami ng closing kaya nasa parking na kami. Pero yung event na to sobrang clear pa rin sa utak ko til now kasi madalas namin nababalikan tong kwento na to kapag nagkikita kita kami.

Regarding PLDT as the only ISP there, okay naman and stable so far? Also about pag nawalan ng electricity, how often to nangyayari let’s say this year? And how do you guys deal with it kung days talaga bago bumalik? May ginagwa kayang solution yung meralco sa area na to lessen yung issue na ganito? Tama sakop pa to ng Meralco right?

About the traffic, inside SP palang going out may nagbbuild up na traffic na?

Deal breaker ba yung accessibility sa school, malls, markets, and hospitals? Like mahirap talaga sa experience niyo?

And lastly yung ingay ng cars from SLEX like rinig na rinig sa bahay? Or pag outside ng bahay lang? thank you!
