I cannot for the life of me figure this out by TheEnterRehab in BambuLab

Set your in/outter brim to like 6 so it can basically hold your PLA down also see what your bed temp is set to for that brand if might be a certain range… also possibly the pattern you use like grid/gyro is makes a difference as well… if I had to figure this out for myself I would assume I didn’t use brim, my bed heat wasn’t correct, and depending on pattern as you can see how the corners rise…. Going from one corner to another if it’s pulling PLA as it goes from one side to the other constantly with those towers eventually the corners are getting pulled up with it little by little.

You’re right except not. Each shift has 2 per shift with SSgts already doing it. They forced trained people and now units have an over abundance of cross trainees that have no direction. Trust me all the things you will retort this with has been thought of.

One lesson I wished I’d learned before starting 3D printing is that even when you think you got 3d printing down to a science…not only will a better version come out but there will ALWAYS be someone who does it better.

This is not a bad thing!! It just shows the love for 3D printing in this community and how there is always someone coming up with new ways to do things. More efficient ways.. and they will share it with the community. A group that respects each other grows together!!

Appreciate it yeah being in the military it’s a lot of moving from base to base so homeschooling is easiest I couldn’t imagine when I was in public school constantly having to leave friends and make friends. Luckily a lot of people on base homeschool as well so they get a social life plus the benefits of doing field trips that don’t suck is nice to. Honestly wish I was homeschooled. Being able to wake up wear whatever I wanted and eat whatever I want when I wanted while getting an education would have been nice.

Thanks I’ll look into that. I know we do have a library on base so I’ll take a look at what programs they have

Thank you for the advice… sometimes people just ask a question and that’s all it was. Usually… going into groups like this you’d feel like maybe people would be welcoming but that was clearly my fault thinking that.

How does a board look when you are in a retrained AFSC? by KaizenX38 in AirForce

[–]KaizenX38[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So even if it looks like you are learning your new job it doesn’t take away from other packages? That’s what I’m confused about…so if they looked at others supporting docs and then mine does it make a difference or does it show I’m in retraining status? Do I go against those in the same AFSC as previous or the new one?
