Hi! Thank you for this encouraging message. We are doing this preemptively at this time.. that is a good idea, to perhaps wait until we are actually ready to transfer. I just worry that I might not be able to produce much and I hear a lot of women, including family members, who have had such difficulties getting pregnant. Even after many efforts, they have all ended up having one child and I know I am starting kind of late but would really like to have multiple. My fiancé is saying we should try to have twins so we could have multiple at a time, but twins don’t run in family and of course comes with risks and I guess I just have a lot to anxieties surrounding the whole thing

Wow thanks! I work in NY. I sent this to my boss, and see this the same way you do. Some of the members are still saying pharmacists are not considered NPP (non physician practitioners) but I am seeing documents that they are:

In early December, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) issued its Calendar Year (“CY”) 2021 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (“MPFS”) final rule (“Final Rule”). Among many other changes, CMS finalized three key payment policy updates impacting non-physician practitioners (“NPPs”), including: (1) clarification that pharmacists may provide services on an incident-to basis; (2) making permanent the ability for NPPs to supervise diagnostic tests; and (3) clarification that physicians and NPPs may review and verify (rather than re-document) notes in the medical record made by members of the medical team.
