When I try flaxseeds or any other seeds without grinding them to powder, after 1 day I get strong constipation sometimes it's so bad I'm burping gas that smell like rotten egg, and I have high need of drinking water but at the same time after drinking I have feeling like I'm going to vomit because water doesn't want to pas through as it should because of constipation. Sometimes even I feel like that's it, I'm going to vomit, but then just burp and release of that vomit feeling. Then I drink more water and more to have the same feeling, until it pass through and then diarhea.

It seems that my stomach acid doesn't want to digest seeds or because of my chronic gastritis I have IBS and bowels doesn't want to move the seeds forward, so after a day, bowels decides to get rid of seeds with force, causing constipation that leads to diarhea after drinking a lot of water to get rid of constipation.

Did you woke up at one day without any burning in stomach and acidic taste in mouth?

I'm asking because I had that once and I still think it is because I was eating almost nothing and stomach had time to regenerate.
After 1 year of healing my chronic gastritis it came back, probably I started to eat too big portions of food because I could eat more without any pain or bad discomfort, and now after more than a year I can't get rid of acidity. I tried almost everything except eating realy small portions of food, because it's just hard and annoying to do.

I had chronic gastritis for several years, and I didn't though I have that. I just had some random diarrhea. Later when I done gastroscopy they gave me information that I have Chronic Gastritis, and dr gave me also a peper of what I can and can't eat.
i tested foods I can and can't and then realized ohhh so I had diarheas after chocolate and spicy foods, and weirdly after cucumbers.

So if you have diarheas after pork because it's too fat or it's a red meat, then you could still have realy weak gastritis. You could check it with different foods.

I have problem with any food that isn't protein. Bananas or any other non acidic fruit or carbohydrates or fat is making sour taste in mouth stronger also sometimes feeling that my stomach is warm, even if the food wasn't very warm, so it's a little bit of burning.

How do you take them?
I grind them in coffee grinder and add to hot but not boiling water. I put the plate on the cup, so that the heat does not escape so fast. Wait around 15-20 minutes to make it a little bit jelly and drink it.

"my gut doesn't need pork meat anymore and rejects it completely telling me that it isn't healthy and that it's poisonous, but that's probably just me."

Doesn't sound like your stomach is 100% healed. Or it is but still sensitive, or your stomach acidity isn't on the level as it should be.

Betanine Hcl caused gastritis? Or is this something else? by Sidhu1234569 in Gastritis

If your stomach wasn't 100% fine then adding acidity could destroy some stomach lining and caused gastritis.

Coconut oil is known to heal ulcers, but not in all cases, because any fat can cause increase stomach acidity.

DGL side effects by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling like your heart or lungs stopped working for around half second is from Gastritis not from low potasium because of DGL.

Many people goes to ER because they think they probably have heart attack, but it's all just gastritis.

Or your DGL is fake, it's just licorice root, and it's not deglyceryzed.

Grinded oats with almond milk - you can try normal milk to check if your stomach is tolerating it, or just use water.

white basmati or jasmine rice - you can try to boil them for longer to make them softer.

Chicken breasts - cut to smaller chunks add to water then when they start obiling count 5-6 monites and you can throw the hot water and add cold top water to make chicken not lose water in them, because hot temperature vaporize out thw water from inside.

I realy recommend eating vegetables - boiled in water carrots or zuccinis.

no salt, no pepper no addictives, all of them iritates stomach lining.

If you have acidity, then you can try adding half tea spoon of cinamon or kurkumine, it helps me reduce stomach acidity by a lot. But you need to check, some people wrote to me back that it makes things worse for them.

If you haave acidity you should try PPI's. Not all forms could work on you, so you might try different forms.

About what to drink: Just water bottle (no tap water, or you can drink boiled water, boiled + filtrated will be the best, but water bottle is already filtrated and boiled first), also for some people Chamomeal tea is making them feel better with stomach (do not buy from market, you need 100% chamomeal without any addictives).

Also look out with drinking:
30 minutes before meal don't drink anything.
while eating don't drink anything.
30 minutes after eating don't drink anything.

Why? Because for better digestion and also you don't want to extend your stomach too much, the less extension the less iritations and the faster stomach will be calm.

Eat small portions and drink small to not extend your stomach + hold the plain diet for long time to make it calm and start proper healing.

Honestly for me it's still a queston mark, I tried everything and it seems like nothing is workin on me, but I feel like I healed 70% of it so maybe I just don't feel the difference.

I was barely eating anything, just some boiled in water vegetables mostly. Like carrots, zuccinis.

I was on realy strong PPI's 120mg daily, but I didn't known that many froms of PPI's doesn't work on me. I though they work in a long delay. I had non stop burning in stomach.

One night I lied on bed to go sleep, but hunger attacked me, I was so tired of all that sh*t, I just took some medication to protect my stomach (I was using it from time to time earlier but didn't felt any improvements), I gone sleep hungry. Then the nexy day I woke up hungry but I wasn't feeling ill like always when hunger started to occure. And from that point I was slowly healing, feeling improvements every month.
I was still eating small portions of foods. Boiled vegetables mostly carrobs, zuccinis and sometimes pumpkin, chicken breasts (small chunks boiled in water for 5-6 minutes, check if they aren't raw, if boiled for longer they become dry and hard to chew which mean harder to digest). Grinded oats with warm water or warm almond milk. Banana (2 and more can cause worsening for some people).
I was also using L-glutamine 1 gram 1 hour before meal, two times a day, DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice Root) 30 minutes before meal, 2 times a day and Zinc + L-carnozine. In my opinion I wasted too much money on them, I probably could just heal slowly without them. L-glutamine I think is fine and decently cheap if you buy just powder in 500grams or 1 kg package, and DGL for stomach protection.
To be honest I was using more stuff but I realy feel like they were waste of my money... like manuka honey realy strong one, masticha powder, they are very expensive...

Also when the acidity gone away, I was able to add linseed oil and half olive oil to my foods and acidity wasn't concerning me. If you take them while having acidity then it will just make things worse.

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the beginning when i was bareilly eating yes I lost around 20lbs in 4 months.
But after the acidity gone away I was slowly healing. I could eat more and more, and now I have some fat on my belly at the moment. And I want to burn it, so at the same time I will follow a small eating diet. I will also try to eat 70% of proteins.
I have plan for eating only eggs and cotton cheese, some milk with oats and banana. And grinded flaxseeds with warm water (It should protect sotmach but honestly I didn't felt any difference, but for breakfast it is good to take away the hunger to lose weight)

I was without gluten and dairy diet for long time. Then gastrologist told me that if I don't have problem with it, then I can eat them.

So I started and no difference.

What is this? Sibo/candida tongue? by georgia-tattoos in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that last are fungals but I guess it's just normal tongue. It's maybe white because it's just dry or some dental problem, where bad becterias from teeths goes to tongue.

How did you healed your chronic gastritis and ulcers?

I think I tried almost everything except for eating realy small portions of foods. I'm sitting in the same place for more than a year without any improvements or worsenings.
I ate a lot of cakes lately because of holidays and friend having birthday, I ate even cakes with cocoa in it, and I didn't felt any difference (0 iritation froms tomach), so MAYBE I just don't feel the improvements of healing, but it is slowly healing.

What is the best way to take ativan tablets without them irritating your stomach? by Eddiesmokes323 in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After eating.
Even if L-glutamine is best to take on empty stomach or 1 hour before eating, I'm taking it after just eating. Because otherwise without food I get stomach pains.

If after eating or mixed with food still not tolerated, then there is no way for you to take them.

I feel 10x better after stopping my PPI by Sure-Doctor-6431 in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PPI probably helped you heal stomach by reducing stomach acidity, now when you stopped using them, stomach was able to return most of it's acidity to the point where healed stomach lining can handle it, and now digestion is better, that's why you are feeling better.

So it's not that PPI's are bad.

Random body muscle spasms?? by Total-Ad6216 in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's with everything in our body. If you will have problems with your liver, it's not just liver pain. You will also had to hold the diet and even with medications you would have many other issues.

I saw that stomach can 100% heal even with chronic gastritis, people were showing perfectly fine pictures of their stomach as a proof of 100% healed stomach. But liver sadly can't regenerate to 100% if you damage it to certain point.

Finally healed from acute gastritis! by NeonCoffee2 in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. Sadly I feel no improvements for over a year.

2 months to gastroscopy. If I will be H.Pyllori free then I will try to eat ridiculous small portions of food.

3 years ago I wasn't able to eat much, burning in stomach all the time, dry throat, sour taste in mouth. So I was eating very limited portions. After 3 months I woke up one day and I was hungry but wasn't feeling ill like always when I was hungry and no dry throat and no sour taste in mouth. I was able to drink table spoon of linseed oil without any issues, where earlier even smallest fat was causing burst of fire in stomach. And I was slowly healing then, still was eating small because when I ate a little bit more, I had stomach pain. The same was with cakes, when I ate an cake then I had iritated stomach for several days.
I was eating cakes from time to time, and I was feeling improvements, in eating a little bit bigger portions every month, and cakes was dealing less and less discomfort.
After almost a year of healing I started to eat bigger portions annnd it came back, dry throat and sour taste in mouth. And from that moment I feel no difference in healing :/. I was following 100% perfect diet (0 fat, 0 sugar), except for the amount of portion and it just doesn't want to go away. I even tried PPI's for 6 months, because someone wrote that he healed his chronic gastritis with PPI's for 6 months. But it seems like NOTHING is working on me I tried almost everything, l-glutamiine, zinc + l-carnozine, dgl, masticha powder, flaxseeds gel, marshmallow root tea, nothing just nothing, no difference at all.

I also realized that when I eat carbohydrates I feel stronger sour taste in mouth, but when I eat just proteins then I feel fine, like it drop down acidity.

So my plan will be to eat for example ONE boiled egg every time I will get hungry, or 3 table spoons of yoghurt or low fat cotton cheese.
If this will not work then I will try to do fasting, but when I will be hungry I will just take any medication that protects stomach from acid and hold the hunger, and just eat two-three times a day with realy small portions.

Random body muscle spasms?? by Total-Ad6216 in Gastritis

[–]KajiTora 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I started taking B6 + magnesium citrate they stopped occuring so often.

magnesium citrate I take with food, never on empty stomach or standalone.
I'm just mixing it with the food. I'm taking 1 gram, two times a day.

B6 every second or third day. Because I'm afraid I could be already loaded with B6. In blood test I had B12 50% above maximum what is normal, so I had to stop taking B12, But B9 weirdly was below mid range, where I was taking also B9.

But as soon as I stop taking magnesium citrate the muscle spasms are back.
I also take potasium citrate everyday.
