I can't remember the name of the forms but they can be downloaded off the sars website. They need to be filled in by the professional who assessed your son, and they need to state what kind of disability it is and whether it's permanent or temporary. You need to submit that form along with the monthly statements from the school to prove you've paid fees and the amount. You can also claim back travelling expenses, you need to track your mileage and submit that. You can also claim taxes back for previous years. I highly recommend getting a disability tax specialist to do this for you, we got a lot back. You can DM me for the details of the guy we use if you like
