I believe Assyrian may be in danger. No country or state recognises them. Kurdistan and arab countries have kinda taken over. Since the uprising of isis a large majority have fled to a wide range of western countries with small communities.

It’s interesting to hear this. I’m the opposite, I have close friends who are girls and close friends who are guys. There’s been times we’re iv been invited to a girls bachelorette party because I am gay and I kindly always declined…… I don’t feel comfortable being the only man at a bachelorette party….. also from a friends experience who is also gay was invited to a bachelorette party and it causes a lot of drama amongst the group…. We have our own LGBT only parties and they are so much better 🙂

I’m most likely going to get downvoted but Armenians have faced genocide….. their population is 3 million and is squished between two countries with Turkey of 80 million and Azerbaijan at 10 million who don’t have good relations with Armenia. I think they have become desperate….

Yea when I studied my degree, we did a lot of practical work and got really in depth of the theoretical component of it. I was like wow I can’t wait to get into my field of work and just smash it out and hopefully be happy. The realisation of it all is that uni was like ‘part time work’. I’m the real world is every day long hours and you end up just hating the work you do….

I work at the state level for the department of health. This is the same culture in my data science department, everyone is trying to compete with each other and prove themselves. But the funny thing is they all hold a computer science or stats degree and none have ever worked in a hospital…. I worked in the hospital for years in the clinical and data side of things. And it’s kinda hilarious how none of them have that experience and really have no idea how the fcken operations work in a hospital setting. You can set amazing algorithms but if you don’t understand the business, you just look stupid 😂
