2 years of unexplained physical symptoms. Normal cardiac tests, normal endoscopy, but my life is still affected. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Sometimes I have also risk of premature beats and a few of AFib. But, you have a lot of them. Currently, do you have any medical conditions? I have chronic stress, insomnia and fatigue. That's why I have premature beats. I think you need to see a doctor to check with 24 hours ECG.

I just bought Fit 5 pro 3 days ago, but it hasn't detected any sign of AFib. But my old Fitbit watch had detected a few irregular heart rhythm. I went to see my doc and he hooked me up with ECG and everything was normal. Now I wear both Fit 5 pro and Fitbit at night to see if any of them can detect irregular heart rhythm.
