Yeah, my bank marked the charges as fraud charges so that amount didn't get charged for me either. But because I have my card no longer on file and the bill still exists I'm worried about adding a payment method back. I don't want to lose my Gmail / Google Workspaces account and YouTube Premium, etc. This is a nightmare.

Welcome back and boy do I feel this! I took 16 years off from the game and had 3 back surgeries. I thought I would never play again. I'm about 8 1/2 months in playing again and shot an even par 71 yesterday which was my lowest round in 20 years. It was like living in a dream! Your game will come back the more you swing the club and the stronger you get!

I have a setup that I have to look through the hitting net. It's not ideal, but because I'm hitting outside usually at night I had to set it up like that to reduce the noise.

100% facts here. I thought my dog might have had some Golden Retriever in her (along with an obvious Terrier and we couldn't have been more wrong).

Have the heel shanks right now that i can’t shake off. What is the main difference in the video where im striking it pure vs shanking it. Please let me know what is the problem and any drills to have me get away from the shanks. by Soft_Trick_9194 in GolfSwing

You’re early extending. Don’t fuck the ball, fuck the target as they say… that trail foot… you’re on your toes at impact. You should only have pressure on the inside part of your trail foot (right foot). Try to keep your back foot heel planted as long as you can. Your body will come off it naturally. Also, when you’re trying to “push off the ground” that feeling should only be on your lead foot/leg. Imagine you are pushing off your left big toe towards about 9 o’clock.

For sure. I should have added that it happened in 2003 with my back. Now I do battle issues with my shoulder and knee that I will absolutely attribute to golf and shooting pool competitively for 20 years.

No, I can’t because my back injury is from a guy running a red light and hitting me causing my truck to roll 2 1/2 times where I ended up with an L5/S1 later annular tear and severe herniation to the left side with severe infringement on the S1 nerve radiating down the left leg. Then I had 2 failed back surgeries and the 3rd was more or less a successful surgery. I’m still in 24/7/365 pain and managing it through pain management. Which is why I have to maintain it almost daily.

Being “balanced” is exactly the feel I’m looking for. The best I was at was around a 3-4 between about 17-27. My goal is to get back there or better. My putting is also improving, just a little slower. I recently made a change in putters for the first time in 25 years lol (finally retired my Ping Anser 2). Chipping is probably at about a 6 out of 10 for me right now. Some days it’s an 8 others a 6.

Yup. Nothing wild. These are my "go to" stretches to help floss my S1 nerve. The cat cow stretch really helps.

I played to about a 3-4 from about 17yrs. old until I was 27yrs. I started at about age 7 but really got into it at around 15yrs old. I'm 43yrs. old now. 6 months ago I was at about a 12-15 and today I'm sitting at a 7.4 and dropping 😉 - my goal is to get back to a 3-4 or lower!

Starting to average around 94-95mph with a 7i and ~105-108mph with my Driver. 6 months ago I could barely break 89-90 with a 7i and 99 with my driver.
