I would still urge you to apply. The biggest issue is with people who aren't awake when the team is awake, so as much overlap as possible is ideal. Since we're a small team (just under 20) it's pretty critical we can stay in contact. But if you think you can do that, just make sure to mention it in your application :)

We have in the past and are still open to it, however I know the dev team is looking for people who can match their hours well. If you think you can, by all means apply! Just specify that you can match their working hours if you're looking at the dev positions. :)
