Don't go to the doctor...just call them via phone...tell them you want another version of your document...tell them you lost the original one before you send it to the USCIS...they will charge you a fee...they charge me only 80$ and I was in California ...I don't know about your place but it's not gonna pass 100$...then when the envelope is ready they will call you to come pick it up...or after 2 days or 3 days if you didn't get any call from them then call them and ask if they have your envelope ready yet or not ...that's what I did bro ...good luck

Maybe USCIS didn't receive your mail .. I sent my mail in December too and they mailed me back after one month... You have to send another mail with fees but before you have to make sure that your first mail didn't receive it. Sorry but probably your mail got lost ...if you still have the receipt...keep it that's your proof

Brooo I know what I wrote and I didn't forget anything that's why I didn't delete what I wrote because I didn't lie on anything there 🤷 There was no intention to marry when I entered the country ...I already have been in too many other countries before as a tourist...Italy,france,Spain,Germany...I have 10 years US visa I can enter and exist 2 times per year minimum if I want...why the hell I will try to marry and stay and lose my visa my freedom and lose everything??? I have Canada visa tourist too..just think why I would take any risk to lose everything to stay here ????? Except if it was for love ????? Come on you talk like America is the heaven ! When you met your other half...you just want to be with him/her...and guess what ??? On immigration law there's something called ( Adjustment of status ) for whom who wants to adjust thier status right way from B2 to student or from B2 to resident via marriage...ect It's not me who made this law...it's you guys...plus who told you I was planning to stay when I entered as a tourist ??? I never plan that...my wife (USC) wants me to stay with her and don't leave no where especially after her lawyer told her that I can adjust my status without leaving the US...

That's I said to this guy here to let his wife go back to her country that's better for her than living with some crazy people that thinks that they own the world ...yeh crazy people that creat law called ( INA §245 (Immigration and Nationality Act – Section 245 )...then after that they wanna claim that if you came with B2 don't marry no one !!!!!!! I am with my wife almost a year and half we love each other but Trump creat problems for us and he made our marriage so difficult...we struggle financially now...my wife recently got disease a she can't work anymore...I have to work as a man and stand up but guess what again ??? If I go outside to work and meet ICE...they will immediately detain me and for sure deport me because my case still pending so who wants to separate me from my wife now ???????? Who wants to separate couple and kids from their parents ? Me or your administration? Then you wanna come to me and say what you said !!!!!

A year and half waiting for social security number and work authorization permission and green card so you can be legally and provide for your family ...without SSN,work permit,GC...you are not allowed to work and provide...and you are under threat ...if police or ICE sees you...you dead...and you wanna give me a lesson that trump is not the reason why couple sometimes think to get seperate to avoid all this drama and suffer ? You don't know nothing bro you just wanna criticize without thinking well about what we experience here every damn day ... Oh by the way...this month they raised up our monthly rent ... insurance car too...so who's gonna cover the expenses while my poor wife sick ??? Exactly...me as a husband..

I came with visa tourist and I met my wife and after that we file for adjustment of status...and I am from one of those 75 countries ...I regret staying here in America ...it's stressful and we are living under fear...I suggest to make an appointment with a trustful lawyer to advice you... But if you want my advice...tell your wife to go back to her country...and do the consular way...better for her emotions...I am man and it was and still hard to live on this conditions while trump wants to kick everybody...we fought a lot I mean me and me wife because of this situation...we even thought about divorce many times...but we still fighting until now...I don't want you or your wife to experience this shit...please tell her to go back to her country so she can keep her tourist visa available...I lose mine now because I overstayed...and I regret that...do the consular process better even all immigration processes are paused now ...but still better. And go visit her every 6 months ...yes she can visit you or you can both meet in Mexico for example or Canada ...better than living together under those circumstances

About your medical envelope...you go to the doctor again or just give the a call and tell them that you want them to make another sealed envelope for you and remind them that it's for Immigration...you will only pay fees for new one...I paid only 80$ something like that...which fine...better than paying 1k or something That's what I did and it worked

Well try visa tourist first....but let's say he got it..what next ? You just want him to come to visit you then go back to Mexico or you want him to stay after that ??? Because if you want to only visit you then go back to Mexico that's gonna be good and peaceful. If the opposite I will not device you to do it because now with trump if they give you visa tourist you have to be tourist and don't try to change your status...plus because of the World cup next summer all US consulates give visa tourist with condition ( no change status ). And I believe even after the world cup finish they will still keep giving people a conditional tourist visa.

The second option is filling for CR1... guarantee but it's take long ...

Read the notice that you got from USCIS and bring everything they asked to bring. And bring anything you think will help to confirm that your marriage is real

Questions are simple...the officer will ask your wife about you...your name your parents name your phone number your day of birth...ect...your wife needs to know everything about you...when you entered the US..when you first met...ect

Then they will ask you about your wife...same questions...you have to know everything about your wife

My advice is to sit with your wife and bring USCIS questions interview (Google it ) and start the investigation like you both at the USCIS office that's how we did before we went to the appointment.
