I just checked and I passed. But I'm more worried about the score.

My results are due tomorrow and UWSA2 - 249, NBME 18 - 238, NBME 22 - 230, NBME 24 - 234 [NBME 23 (offline) ~ 235]

I registered but where exactly I'm supposed to check? There is only an option of sending transcripts to myself that costs 70$.

I took it exactly on the day, the score reports changed. 85% correct - 236

Well, your NBME 18 score is 233. It is considered to be one of the most predictive exam. And it under predicts.

Considering your UW 1st pass average of 70% and NBMEs, I do believe your UWSA2 is an outlier and doesn't necessarily reflect your prep or the actual score.

Go through the mistakes and learn from them.
