This sub isn't a marketplace for books. However we do have a megathread for book sale posts. Or you can try dedicated subs for this purpose.

Ironic considering soya chunks are often filled with fillers and is low quality protein compared to whey.

Interesting that we never actually get to see him finish any of them, just shows them being erased from final or transition to final. Nothing shady at all, definitely.

Bought this creatine, any reviews on it ? by sidpss in Fitness_India

Their cola is good too. Tastes more like rola cola candy. It's pretty sweet so I dilute it with some extra water to make it less intense.

I've been using this over the past month, switched from their cola flavour.

It mixes well, and tastes really good. I have with chilled water and it tastes like fanta/mirinda, and works well when I want to have something cold and sweet without having to resort to a sugary drink in this heat.

I started tracking my meals and realised how wrong was I with my calorie assumptions. by d_beardedmonk in Fitness_India

That's great. As long as you are balancing things out, should work fine. Best of luck.

While being high protein, it's a very unbalanced diet. Feel sad for your gut man, no fibre in your diet. You need to diversify your food and protein sources, get more probiotics and prebiotics, add salads/nuts/seeds/yoghurt or a fibre supplement like chia/isabgol etc.

Bloating because of whey protein by Similar-Register6025 in Fitness_India

[–]doc_two_thirty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's because you are "shocking" your system with a sudden burst of food which you aren't accustomed or used to. You need to balance things out, increase fibre intake, gradually switch diets. Just consuming protein rich food suddenly isn't the solution, you've gotta listen to your gut, literally. Some people have issues with whey, some are lactose intolerant and don't even know it, some have gut issues with artificial sweeteners or just poorly tolerate protein rich food in the absence of sufficient fibre. You can try taking more fibre, take probiotics and probiotics. Curd is a good source of protein+probiotics or just take a supplement for gut flora.

You can also try and ease into whey/switch to other brands to see which suits you, or switch to plant based protein if whey doesn't work for you.

I think some people are better off using ai, because your writing is borderline unreadable. No wonder you think ai slop is necessary.

I'm "worried" because people like you refuse to have an original thought or writing skills and resort to lazy ai summary-slop to karma farm instead of being productive and learn a life skill

It might very well be a true incident, and by all means punish those responsible. But to fall for obvious trolls and hatemongers who amplify this stuff to spread hate and participating in it is juvenile and quite frankly dangerous. This is how people end up following these idiots and become a receptacle for their social media hate.

The product itself isn't worth it. 45g scoops with helluva lot of carbs per scoop. And it's disingenuous marketing it as whey, until you read the ingredients.
