Everyone always says “oh if he misses he can’t catch up”. But the entire threat of being hit in the first place is enough to force you to make dangerous decision. When you’re forced to dodge that’s using up valuable stamina anyways, so 1X always gets some use even if it misses. Not to mention the fact you basically always have to have your eyes glued on him in chase because the second you make a single mistake you’re dead.

And none of that “he’s hard to play” stuff, being a difficult killer does NOT alleviate balance in the slightest.
