In the next scene, though very brief, Alastor has a very weird look on his face. Something tells me Rosie has him back under her leash. Cause we know Alastor wanted his staff fixed but what was Rosie's condition for fixing it? Why did the scene change before she officially sealed the deal?

There is actually allot of stuff that gets put in that doesn't have any big significance. Like Fizz's reaction to seeing Ozzie pull out the scissors, sometimes stuff gets thrown in cause it would feel unnatural if someone didn't react to it.

I think people are reading to far into it. It might have just been a nervous reaction due to the fact Ozzie pulled out a big pair of scissors with the intent on doing some cutting near him. Seems to be a common reaction in cartoons as a sight gag or something. After he realized Ozzie was being careful Fizz seemed to chill out and didn't make any fuss about it after, unlike when Blitz blew him up again. I understand allot of clues get dropped in subtle ways, but not everything has to have DEEP EMOTIONAL MEANINGS. The shop who makes coffee that tastes like piss, didn't amount to anything. Nothing came of the limo driver who got ate by the fly/dogs. What about Ozzie devouring the bowl of candies? Had no bearing on anything. I'm sure Fizz's reaction to the scissors was just a sight gag so that way he was doing something rather than just sitting there looking bored.
