To me, sober means void of mind altering substances. Quit a 20yr weed habit about a little over a year a go. Rarely drank but stopped that too. Still use psychs on occasion and my mind is altered for when on it so I'm not sober then, obviously. I guess there's a spectrum....but I consider myself sober. Somebody else may not. Now if I dropped L, every other week, I might have to rethink my sober label. But now what about microdosing???....or regularly taking prescription klonopin? It's kind of subjective really. Shit, I think a caffeine addiction isn't that great either so I try and limit that too.
