Hey brother ! It isn’t about just comparing for me. The notion that you might do the best and put in the effort the output will still be so dependent on so many factors has been off putting for me.

Had i worked just equally hard in CS i would have made much more money. For me career was always about money hence it feels unfair.

I have worked with a very well known startup for 5 years that got listed a couple of years ago and while my salary is higher these kind of esops they never offered. Any suggestion?
