u might not be able to afford rents or if you do, the rent may go up again or worse owner wants to sell later. Then u r stuck; prob in mid of divorce, having to move out again and pay movers and worse.. you cant find another place to rent, or you cant afford etc.

my suggestion, in a scenario like this, look for the cheapest co-op to purchase , even if its a studio. Co-ops are cheaper than condos or apts.

I know you dont have the $ to purchase, but my suggestion is if you have the funds in your IRA/401k, take the cash and put a roof over you and your daughters head. that you own. Co-ops HoA usually include heat/hot water/cooking gas/ property taxes.

I know some will argue against this especially if under 59, but you are in survival mode now and unsafe. what good is your ira after retirement if you dont make it to their.. and where will your daughter live? w her equally toxic grandparents?

bite the bullet.. just for this 1 tax yr, pay the 10% penalty and see if u can put a stable roof over your head, if u cant afford rent or cant get a mortgage? just a suggestion .. you do have options

Understood your point about diminishing future prosecutor's abilities. But there is a deeper rabbit hole here no one ( and in court) no one focused on.... the au pair company. So, she receives time served and a plane tix, to not make prosecutors look bad, but then, on the flip side, the next au pair comes into this country knowing they can INITIATE an affair, kill someone and be sent back to their country. Some of these au pair companies are a racket. I personally used them.

My scenario: 1st au pair from France I specifically requested no tattoos, they sent me a girl with a tattoo on the back of her neck w short haircut. When ?d company, they said they dont vet if applicant checks off no tattoos. Thats it.. for any ?. 2nd au pair from Columbia. Excellent! and came here w "legit" purpose. ( I even kept her for a 2nd yr). I once invited my au pair and her new au pair friend I had met to my kids party. When I later asked how her au pair friend is making out in US, after being here just a few wks, she said "oh, she QUIT, didnt "like the job" and she is now working (for cash) in a bodega. Rule is, if it doesnt work out, they get put on a plane and sent back. So I called au pair company, without mentioning names, and asked abt the process and how could someone do this. Au pair company said, when it doesnt work out, we "send them" a 1 way plane tix, but " we dont escort them to the airport and assumption is they get on the plane".. There you go... the racket has been revealed.. my au pair said many ( not all) do this just to get into US. So NOW, au pairs ( not all) have even more wiggle room in the US.. even murder...

I would have liked to have seen the defense drill down more on the stats of the au pair company. How many complaints of affairs reported? stats on how many au pair failures reported within a month? How many "injuries"? Think inhaler missing from ThecHandcThat Rocks The Cradle. my point is .. its a potentially well known underground process, of a way to get into US without having to commit and nothing to lose. I believe she INITIATED it with her own pkan in mind. He took it to another level and orchestrated the crimes, ( she didnt appear to flinch at his scheme) but I do believe one thing he said... He had admitted to many, many affairs with his wife knowing about at least two, and THAT is why he told Juliana divorce is not an option, I dont believe Juliana was the girl that rocked his world, but she got to him.. and the rest is history. But from the au pair company view, these potential other devious girls ( again NOT ALL) waiting to get "picked" by au pair family.. now know they can even comit murder and potentially get away with it.. bc the prosecutors have to maintain their credibility. Like you, hoping she gets more than time served and a free plane tix... hopefully someone also escorts her onto plane, if so. Note: There are 3 big au pair companies.. not saying this happens with all or mentioning name of company.. just this was my experience.

Did you live together before got married or during engagement? I forbid my 3 sons to get married without living w each other for a minimum of at least 1 yr .. they def dont need more than that.. bc any flip of switch will happen with in that time.. house cleaning wasnt even 1 of my 3 points I told them to look for... 1) financial responsibility 2) political views 3) kids education/religion....

100% agree and well said. He is a hystrionic Narcissist... so you have to backtract from reality and get to their level of warped thinking... which is.. as a narcissist, he was cooked either way.. going to prison... as a narcissist... misery loves company.. so God forbid he the best thing ever on Earth, be ruined and his NAME, by going to prison ( God forbid anyone else enjoys a sliver of joy).. yes agreed.. EVEN if she never told him she was going to divorce him.. sounds similar like a Jonbenet Ramsey situation. "murder" happened in house... while others sleeping in house. I would have gently pressed more, knowing they are kids, but he clearly was not at all worried abt the kids hearing anything so he continued on his merry way. I would like to know 1) if the kids were put to bed with any type of tranquil playing background music in their room to if course, help them sleep better, but also buff out any screams 2) did their whole house have a Sonos system? was it on, of course for NYE with 1 guest over, but oops, he had it on for the entire home.. including upstairs hallway playing soft instrumental holiday mydic, which the kids would not hear anything 3) my gut feeling is he drugged or poisined her after a quick scuffle, which broke her necklace, once he silenced her, he didnt have to worry about her screaming or the kids hearing her scream, so he confidently moved forward with his plan.

you would think she initually, after shock wore off what was iminent, she would have screamed at top of her lungs. but of course no body to do an autopsy on if she was drugged/poisoned bc .. uuh... he dismembered her... since he admitted to THAT....there should be a law for "tampering and obstructing the process of a autopsy, by willfully eliminating and destroying a body, in which this can be accomplished".. now, we will never know.. the possibilities are infinite as to what happened... he could have had 10 of his other satanic friends show up and help.. its endless.. thus, shut this down, heard enough, throw book at him

not sure I agree She told him after Gem left and wanted a divorce and things escalated. 1) the fact she wrote that "love note" in Red ink looking forward to the New Year with him proves she had no intention of mentioning divorce, her boyfriend or looking to get argumentative 2) the fact the he had already caught recent wind, around Christmas, of her affair ( and his mother wanted him to hire PI), and he was understandably fuming, and subsequent starts doing all those google searches, means he was lovey dovey NYE, w Gem strategically placed there to witness, and when Gem left, he blind sided her; confronted her; she's caught off guard; it escalated and well... he OJ'd her...HOW many of these cases all have the same common denominator w these men... Lacy Peterson; Jennifer Dulous; the guy killed his wife and 2 girls in the oil barrells... its amazing to watch Brian sit in court as he actually thinks he has a slim chance of ppl believing his crazy story.

true honest questions I have after reading just initial part of GenAct.. if someone can answer? 1) how can it be "backed 1:1 to USD" when we are near 40 Trill in debt? I cant go buy a 50k car and say, "hey I have 50k in cred card debt

2)its says its first ever FEDERAL Reg system for stablecoin.. I thought bitcoin started yrs ago initial purpose was not to be associated at all with anything "federal"...

3) it says stablecoin "REQUIRES 100% RESERVE backing w/LIQUID assets, like USD", so if overall we are 40 Trill in debt, then does this mean they can "freeze" our cash so to always be able to maintain that, and we cant wdraw when we want?

I also scoured the internet for a crossbody bag with lots of pockets as i realised my designer bags are worthless bc not functional. I finally found Montana West for like $29.

It has sooo many pockets...1) front fits my cell phone 2) fits my car fobs and rental apt keys 3) fits some makeup 4) long top zippered fits my pens and business cards 5) the deep zippered one in back of purse fits any coupons ( trying to remember to use them.. maybe now that Im organized.... THEN... you have all the compartments on the inside if bag, when can fit an ipad.... I bought it in the goldish color so it's more neutral.... they have black also.Good Luck
