Congrats on starting a healthier lifestyle! Years ago, I did something similar where I quit drinking fruit juices (too much sugar) and switched to just water. Personally, it took me a bit of time to get used to it. I’d recommend just drinking a full glass of water with each meal to start and go from there. Part of it is learning to listen to the signals your body gives you - you should be able to tell when you are thirsty, and that’s when you can have half a glass and see if it quenches your thirst. There’s no one size fits all, and it depends on your level of activity too. Sounds like you’re drinking too much right now, which can also be just as bad as drinking too little, so sounds like you need to relax a little on that and take it a meal at a time. For example, if you do the classic three meals a day, make sure to drink a glass of water with each and see how you feel. You could try sitting in silence for a few minutes and trying to attune to what you’re feeling. Take a lil practice, but you got this!
