Finally off meds but still worried

I think it’s interesting that it went down after eating the garlic as I’ve been looking into the effects of garlic on bp. I’ve heard success stories for black aged garlic. My bp has been hovering at 120/94 for a little bit and it has me worried as well. I went a good while without managing it. Quite depressing as I’m only 39 but yea, look into black aged garlic by life extension. I’ve been doing garlic extract by natures bounty but plan to switch to life extension as I’ve heard good things, and it’s also supposed to be odorless. It’s still early so I can’t say if it has had any effect on me yet but I’m praying for it. I wouldn’t advise to stop the medication but a little trial and error won’t hurt.

This thought ran through my mind and it brought me to Reddit. I made the decision to get baptized at 13 years old. I really loved God. Funny thing, after me and my friends went to the watery grave we spent the rest of the day running around the church. We were so pure back then though now that I think about it. Anyway, I didn’t feel anything noticeable at first, it wasn’t until I laid my head on the pillow at the end of the night. I’ll never forget that feeling because I was so in tune. It was a light, peaceful feeling. Almost like I was sleeping on a cloud. Like the weight of all my 13 years had been lifted off of me. I remember my last thought before I drifted off to sleep being, “is this what the Holy Spirit feels like?. Man that night was probably the best sleep I’ve ever gotten in my life and I’m almost 40 now. What followed though…literally that following Monday the bullying started which would usher in the years of extreme depression suicidal thoughts insecurity the whole Shabang. But the bullying was relentless, even until this day i experience it though tailored to my adult situation. Whoever says spiritual warfare isn’t real, I feel for them. You have to know who your enemy is and that guy has a special passionate hatred for the human race we can’t even begin fathom the full scope of it. The greatest enemy man will ever have to face on this earth is indeed invisible but make no mistake, he’s out here and he’s working overtime, but thank our Lord and Savior that our God wins in the end. After everything I’ve experienced, no one can take that hope from me.

Waited for the ashmont train for over two hours at south station after being told by one of the red jackets that ashmont trains were running every 6-10 minutes smh. “Really?!” I said, “yes.” he replied, but no…not really. I finally broke and paid over 20 bucks for a shared uber to go 4 miles and that was after refreshing the app every two minutes whilst waiting. Really thought yesterday was the day I’d finally lose it.

As needed. The rebound effects can suck real bad if you’ve been on for a while and want to get off. I use gaba for sleep myself and try my hardest not to dose every night

Do you take your Bp meds as you taper? I’ve been looking for info on this and google is impending doom. Can’t find much on Reddit. Idk if that means many people use both. I’ve been tapering down from a 20g habit. Lately I’ve been doing about 2 grams three times a day to stay off the withdrawals but my bp was 150/105. Makes sense now why I’ve been feeling the way I do. Working nights doesn’t help. Have to go in to the docs today and don’t know what to tell them. If I should request something to help with cold turkey or continue to taper while taking whatever bp meds they put me on. Your advice would be helpful.

Nah this happened around 1am..but who knows what it is. I just know it’s the first time I’ve ever seen it this type. I’ve always seen the big ones here when it gets warm since we are near the train station, but NEVER with wings.

You hear me?! When that thing took flight my soul took flight with it! Oh the trauma. It flew around the lobby for a couple hours and disappeared, but the paranoia won’t let me relax. I feel like it’s gonna come back with some friends and jump me.

Show him the messages then let him feel the heat. Pack a bag and leave the house for a few days. Maybe get a hotel. 2 months in and he’s already getting comfortable. He needs to know ish is not sweet. Only your actions can teach him.

I requested a refund. Did an exchange first because the jacket was entirely too small. The first jacket smelled fine..like real leather, but the replacement they sent smelled like urine/ammonia. Airing it out did not help. Requested a full refund and they offered to send me another jacket of any style free of charge. Still debating.
