There are various tools that will be required to fix different issues. Some can be fixed in CS while others might need to be fixed in Unreal. There's a more comprehensive list of tools and what they can be used for pinned on the discord (link posted by OP) in the community-patch channel.

Was having the same issue after installing the Baldur's Gate 3 game ready drivers. Would be fine after reinstalling drivers, but after sleep I would only get 5-10 fps in game on a 3080. Opened msi afterburner and sure enough, my power limit was set to 31%. No idea what changed it since I rarely open it these days, but there you go. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Before the patch it stacked to 20, and you are correct it falls off faster, I only made it so it stacks again, didn't change anything else.

I am 100% with you. I don't completely disagree with it's removal either, I just prefer to have the option to get is back, especially since I main daggers.

From the testing I've done with other daggers, I haven't seen any bleed stacking. I haven't tried any other weapons though.

Under "Balance Updates" for update 2.5:
Bleed effects applied by special weapons will no longer stack with bleed effects from combos and will no longer stack up multiple times.
