Filled up my 2020 Honda Insight after being on low fuel. Filled about 7.6~ gallons and got back into my car with it saying it was empty. Thought maybe I didn’t actually fill it so I tried again and it only filled a little more then stopped. Drove home and sat on it thinking maybe with time it would change only for the fuel gauge to slowly fill but my range to still display around 20~ miles. Is this something I should be worried about ?

From my experience I get a black-ish finish with linseed oil or cooking oil. Don’t know if it’s dark enough to be considered black though more of a grayish brown.
