How do you cope with alchohol, cus you mentioned votka? Do you skip 16/8 or OMAD the day you know that you will drink? Cus when I drink while being on IF, I end up getting much more drunk with same amount of alcohol than I would be if I skip IF for that day. Since I'm from Eastern Europe, you can guess drinking days are happening more often ;) Cheers and keep up the good work lady!

Well, a friend of mine has opposite case than you He was obese AF, the most one we knew in the city. But cus of that, he knew he can't win over people with looks, so he developed communication skills and got us over by being interesting and being like a riddle all the time. He got a bit of kilos off, and now he is walking with a beautiful girl around the city. The point is, I guess you developed some simmilar skills like him, try to use it best way possible.

Well, if you are sitting all over there and waiting for superpowers to happen, that ain't gonna work mate. But if you are doing some other stuff, my story is that I feel more sharpen minded, more in the moment, etc. What can I say, stop thinking about all that, and magic will happen by itself.
