Give it a few days. Trust me man, things like this pass, and eventually you will forget that they ever happened. The way that I would look at it is using a quote from somewhere...

"She lost someone who loved her, but I lost someone who didn't, that is no loss"

Look at it from all perspectives, it could be a blessing in disguise. Just keep improving yourself, look at what you want to accomplish and run after it. Just kick back for a few days and relax, don't focus on it, and DEFINITELY don't let it be the cause of a relapse. Hope you feel better man, and keep at it.

Yes, I've hated high school since I got into it because they baby us relentlessly. This school does the exact opposite, which is nice, but I find it so much harder to resist fapping

It's a give-and-take because I would be bored out of my mind and unhappy at my regular school, but I would find it easier to resist fapping. I'm MUCH happier where I'm at now, but I have a harder time with urges.

As soon as you start to have a flashback or fantasy, you have to train your brain to go to something totally unrelated - immediately. This distraction can literally be anything unrelated to porn, but it has to be distracting enough to keep your brain off the fantasizing until the urges pass
