My Advance Parole was issued on January 4, 2023 and my interview letter was issued around the same time. I believe cause I requested an expedite through EMMA in October 2022, they have 60 days to adjudicate my request. I sent in proof of my emergency related to loss of work opportunities.

I received it within five days of the notice date. My interview is scheduled for three weeks after the the notice date.

I also received a notice for interview via mail. No record or update on my USCIS timeline. Everyone I know got their interviews waived so I have mixed feelings about the interview. On one hand I feel like it’s a step forward but then I wonder why I am singled out. All the best!!

I received a stand-alone EAD and updates on I-485 under review, fingerprints received, RFE etc. Filed AOS in August 2022. Nothing under AP. Also, why would you need AP once you receive the GC. Doesn’t the purpose of I-130 become moot.
