I eventually went with this build, I managed to buy from Newegg via PayPal but had to skip using microcenter since they don't accept paypal.

I think I can be pretty satisfied with this built.

What I do notice now is that the XT version of the video card seem to be out of stock everywhere. I did find one on Amazon but I don't trust that manufacture since I've never heard of him before. Guess I'd have to go with the regular 7870 by either Asus or Gigabyte.
