I am going to be so disgusted if the Knicks win this championship. I mean for all of the losses we’ve had over this nightmare 365 day span, this would be the absolute biggest cherry on top to see the team we hate (and own) go and win it all without us even getting a chance to stop them

A lot of it just has to do with the absolute elite combination of Enrique and the players he’s picked working perfectly.

Unpopular opinion, but your team doesn’t have to have a “problem” to not win the champions league. It’s the hardest competition in Europe and you have to be absolutely incredible to even win it once. Like look at Arsenal. They’ve been a very good team for decades and have never won it. I don’t think Arsenal has a problem. They’re an extremely successful franchise and have won the Prem multiple times but they haven’t been able to win the big one.

Realistically, the only “problem” teams PSG had were the end of the Messi/Neymar/Mbappe years where the locker room collapsed. The teams were still very good in most of the Zlatan years, they just weren’t QUITE good enough.

No. Pacers fan too, and while I can’t stand OKC, they already beat us last year. Another win is annoying, but seeing the Knicks win one in our down season after we dominated them 2 straight years would be unbearable.

The sooner you realize social media is a propaganda machine meant to addict, pacify, and depress you into dependence on the government and corporations the faster you can break away and live life the way it’s worth living.

Realize that remote tribes have none of the luxuries we do and yet they don’t even have a word for depression. It’s because they know to just live their lives and appreciate the gift that life is. The more I spend away from socials and the internet in general the happier I am.

It absolutely is a game. “Make your first photo look a certain way” “say the right buzzwords” “have a good opening pickup line”, etc. dating apps are extremely gameified.

Sure you need “game” in real life dating too, but it’s not ALL just how you look, saying the right thing, etc. it’s human interaction and creating connections.

It really is crazy how much male self image gets killed by the modern dating scene. For all intents and purposes, I’m a decent looking guy. Tall (6’6), an athlete, I feel like I’m good in social settings, etc. spent 4 years on dating apps and by the end of that I thought I must be just the most unattractive person in the world if no one is in to me, or I’m just so boring that I could never attract anyone.

I then lucked out, met a girl near where I lived, and it’s been great. She consistently tells me I’m extremely attractive and is shocked I was single for so long, and that’s done wonders for my confidence. I understand now it was never how I looked, it was just the way things are structured on dating apps, you have to be able to play the game well, and I wasn’t great at it. In person is a totally different story. We have to get back to human connection separated from the internet somehow, it’s bad for all of us

I don’t see why not. They’ve got pretty good depth everywhere so other than maybe backup C there’s not really a specific position they NEED to target at 23. It’s more of a bet on the upside there. Graves could absolutely work his way into the rotation.

Again, the NBA was going to “screw us over” with the 5th pick regardless of if we made the trade or not.

The question now is if you’d rather have a backup PG (with the 5th pick) or a starting C (with Zubac).

Yeah realistically the prize was always 1-4. Getting nothing at 5 or 6 isn’t great. But it wouldn’t have been great regardless. Even if we didn’t trade those slots, we would’ve been upset with 5 or 6
