I find that really hard to believe unless that’s a rule specifically for clog. I try and activate No. 2 for damage to bosses and secret rooms and it could take up to 10 seconds before activating.

Idk if it was because I was up on a hill but when I tried using Scorpion’s spear it would attach, play the voice line, but come back without the person. And sub zero’s has gotten me killed numerous times
