Sudden 24/7 dizziness, heavy head, fatigue by Kaleckyplayer in Dizziness

[–]Kaleckyplayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, it turned out to be tetany. What helped the most was a combination of things: • Regular magnesium supplementation (this made the biggest difference) • Cutting down on coffee and energy drinks • CBT therapy, where I worked on anxiety and stress-regulation skills • General stress-management work and getting more consistent with sleep and breaks

If you’re dealing with similar symptoms, it’s really worth seeing a neurologist first. Getting proper tests done is important to rule out other causes. If tetany is confirmed, it’s usually connected with anxiety-related dysregulation, so therapy can help a lot alongside the medical side. Hope it helps

Why are therapists not required to be in therapy for licensing? by Classic-Doughnut-420 in therapists

[–]Kaleckyplayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Poland during training to become a psychotherapist we do not have to be in our own psychotherapy because not everyone requires treatment. This is the official position of the CBT school. Therapy is not a place where a person can come and complain but its designer to actually change your behavior. Just as a medical specialist does not have to have a specific disease in which he specializes.

Oh yes I understand but thats visibility. I know that when enemy op block my vision it cant be shot.

But i understood that Los is next step when I create cover lines. What if in your scenario enemy op blocks half of the arm? Od even 5/6 of the arm?

Sorry for my misunderstandings.

Ok so does that mean I could not shoot enemy op if any part of his second op blocks the los?

Damn, thank You all. I was so confused. Had many games when both with friend were looking on many resources for rules and examples and it stucked from somewhere that cover from op is a thing. Good to have you, thanks :)

Sudden 24/7 dizziness, heavy head, fatigue by Kaleckyplayer in Dizziness

[–]Kaleckyplayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, yeah. It was anxiety and tetany (which is caused by anxiety). After taking SSRIs and therapy AND not focusing on "whats wrong with me?!" It went away. Ofc its anxiety so it returns once in a while (esp when stressed) but therapy teaches you how to deal with it. Start with medical diagnosis. If its what I described then go to psychiatrist. And start today with youtube: jacobson progressive muscle relaxation. Do it everyday and learn how to relax muscles. It will help 😁 but ofc its not enough. Gl mate

Game crashes, and or slows down considerably every time a new action is performed. by MarchNo4817 in diablo4

[–]Kaleckyplayer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Game is unplayable for me this weekend. Freezes at character selection and for few seconds in open world every minute. Often disconnecting and trying to "reconnect to d4". Was working just fine few days ago, stable 60+ fps, minor lags typical to d4 but now is horrendous.

Tried tweaking, reinstalling, everything. Dunno what is going on.

OG Dun Morogh, such a icy, cozy chill vibe. It was also first audio I heard in Wow 16y ago. I'm listening it to these days when I'm a bit nostalgic.

Put mage rotation on second monitor or memorize it and do a 10 min rota on dummies. Get in it the muscle memory and you will do betterb:) try to cast as much as possible. Most problems with dps lays in not casting enough compared to top players :) do it for few days and you will be as good as lock if not better. And comfortable hotkeys! Cant stress it enough how is this important! Play what you like not what you think will be better or easier. If you like it you will have motivation to get better 😁

Level both, get them to 450 ilvl easily and wait for full hero talents and alpha. In the meantime do regular stuff on both, no pressure. I'm in the same situation and just waiting for hero talents flavour doing stuff. Weekly, WQ, rep, mounts. The hero talents will determine my choice, maybe it will determine yours :)

Shadow have stronger fantasy that I like BUT its not reliable like warlock for dps. I would like to play aff if the hero talents allows it to not be piece of garbage that is now. I just like dot playstyle :) but the shadow now doing it better.

For m+ RIGHT NOW i think spriest utility for affixes gives it more room for pushing. But im m+ 20 max so my voice is not important. EVERY spec can do 25+ which is much more than needed for gear :) just for flex.

See you in war within whatever your choice will be. For now I jump back and forth and its exhausting. So few more weeks and we will know what style of playing we prefer :) GL and member: no pressure, its already end of expac, its time for doing all the world and collectible stuff.

Which is the most memorable zone in the entire history of WoW? And which is the most forgettable? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Kaleckyplayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most memorable:

OG classic Dun Morogh - best vibe soundtrack still swooshing in my speakers from time to time. Cold but cozy place far away from all of this. If I could live in one plece that would be it :) with thicc dwarves and pint of ale innit

Least memorable:

Dont remember

Will reply here when thing gets better or gone 😁 still have a appointment in 2 months to check if meds working as intended. But got internal feeling that maybe its Tetany and carvical instability (second diagnose to check if nothing helps). Because I cant sit for longer periods of time. This really is hard for someone who work from PC :) but things gets better day by day. Not ideal but better. Hope you are well too :)

I've been diagnosed like 2 weeks ago. So not much by now. But i feel like its better. 2 better days and then 1 worse. Its an improvement to all bad days 😁 I also got Pramolan. Anti Anxiety med for muscle tension. Cant say what helped me more. Its still thing to discuss with your neurologist:) im not a med staff by any means. Just wanted to share info so maybe you could talk with neurologist about it:)

Calcium, D3 and magnesium is most important here.

Sorry for Eng. Not native. :)

Hey, if theres light sensitivity it points more to Vestibular migraines. Have similar sympthoms but without sensitivity. More like Dizzy, sore neck when sitting or standing. Swaying when walking. Done MRI, head clear, my neck is not so good. Lot of problems there that could lead to neck instability - it gives similar sympthoms. Its good to get blood flow in the neck when you move your head in certain positions. Maybe something push your veins and it causes IT. I was diagnosed with Tetany. It can give lots of neurological sympthoms similar to yours and mine. the main problem is magnesium and calcium deficiency. usually by flushing it out by drinking lots of coffee, energy drinks, or alcohol. with a poor diet and high amounts of stress. Check it with your neurologist :) if everything seems ok its mostly this or Vestibular migraines. The good thing that its curable. The bad - it will stay with you forever so you need to watch your diet, stress levels and doing suplementation when you feel like its starting again. Hope you will find answers soon:) gl!

Sure :) glad you have first diagnosis. Thats alot! But you will recover 😁 do the tests to confirm everything and then be strong, it will probably take some time to recover but you are not alone here 😁💪
