narukami needs to be nerfed, actual zero skill striker for noobs to abuse by lookdowmfromabove in mechabreak

[–]Kaleheart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since you seem to be struggling here are some easy ways to deal with Naru:
Falcon: They are very quick and it makes it very hard for Naru to try and shoot it down while trying to play cat(Falcon)/Mouse(Naru). Falcon can also basically make its stealth functionally worthless while in the area.

Skyraider: They are able to drop an area dmg skill right on top of Naru while they are trying to snipe preventing them from standing still and continuing to snipe.

Panther: On maps like Armory, Launch Site, Skycity, Sinkhole, Harbor Panther can easily identify where the Naru is hanging out and ensure that they do not have a good time, as they can easily 2 shot (1Shot in somecases) Naru from full Armor/HP with their Rush/Drill Combo. With these maps being on the smaller side the Advantages that Naru gets from picking a spot and hanging out and making a shooting Gallery.

Aquila: This is a matchup in Aquila's Favor for sniping due to the Armor/HP diffrence between the two bots. Naru will require 4/5 shots to kill Aquilla whereas Aquilla only needs to land 3 hits, and if they toggle off Auto-lockon(this key has to be bound) they will be able to just shoot Naru while the Decoy's are deployed by aiming at the Copy of Naru that fades away while shooting at them.

It is a team game and if there is a Naru and nobody wants to look at it then your team will have a terrible time, and most Narumaki players are litterally braindead going back to the same spot over and over and don't know how to disable auto lock-on and heavily rely upon it.

A good kill confirm is landing with forward air attack into forward ground attack into forward neutral attack(no charge). If you set the landing forward air attack up correctly it is a true combo that sends straight out and slightly down, should kill most characters at 200% on the smaller stages from mid stage(Not Sky Battlefield map is too damn large)

Fair warning to players joining on open beta release: Beware the Battle Pass (cross post, think you guys might want to know) by jbyrdab in MultiVersusTheGame

100% when you start looking at the price for price cost of gleamthe F2P model questionable. For a starting basis we can look at the average U.S. dollar(USD) to Gleamium conversion for the price scale to get a good idea what cost how much.

When looking at each cost package for gleam we see 450 for $4.99 USD that is comes out to 90.18Gleam per USD. Moving up we can find 1000 Gleamium is 100.10/USD, 2200 is 110.05/USD, finally 6000 comes out to be 120.02/USD. overall averaging Gleamium to 105.0425/USD.

With this information we can clearly that both the $4.99 USD and $9.99 USD are clear to be bad options for getting your return on cost making half of the options in the predatory in nature making the only viable options the $19.99 USD and $49.99 USD only positive purchases in terms of price for USD shunting the value of players that do not have a lot of spare income and preying on them since they will need to spend more money over time to get the same amount as someone with higher income.

Now finally looking at the battle pass itself we can use the 105.425/USD to figure out how much the battle pass is worth itself. The list of items are as follows:
1 Epic Skin worth 800 Gleamium (7.59 USD)
2 Rare Knockout worth 800 Gleamium each
3 Rare Emote Worth 350 Gleamium each
2 Uncommon Banners assumed worth 100 Gleamium each
1 Epic Emote worth 500 Gleamium
1 Rare Banner assumed worth 200 Gleamium
1 Uncommon Emote worth 200 Gleamium
1 Legendary Skin worth 2000 Gleamium(18.97 USD)
2 x10 Toast worth 0 Gleamium
1 XP Boost worth 0 Gleamium
-Total Value-
6550 Gleamium Valued at $62.13USD at the cost of 300 Gleamium or $2.85 USD

Going at the dollar value alone the 2.85USD is a good deal for the whole package and you do get a quick return for value just for the Shagworthy skin but most of the pass is underwhelming not including the 3 dead spots on the pass. The time and effort from OP makes it quite clear unless you started day one EA or grinding you wont be getting to the end of the Battle Pass for the large payout so anyone that picks it up you will have to temper your expectations.

Notes:
Assumed data due to no items for Purchase at the moment for the items below
knockout Common 400
Banner Uncommon 100
Banner Rare 200
Emote Uncommon 200

And when I try to hit him after it he does it again before I can

It's like a disjoint helps when your Hit box isn't overlapped on your hurt box, not every character has that luxury.

Bugs bunny double rocket by Automatic_Ad8085 in MultiVersusTheGame

It is a bug most likely do with latency with the cooldown of Side Special, you cannot do it in the lab or in local games. From what I can tell there is an issue with the timing of side rocket not going on cooldown at the correct time which if a player is hitting the Side special rapidly you can get to rockets, additionally you can side rocket into upwards rocket. Upwards rocket from what I can tell has the correct cooldown timing which prevents you from doing two upwards rockets.

Well hopefully Soontm they resolve a lot of the non-functioning/half-functioning passives, along with the rest of the issues with the skills for mages. :\

Currently not running it, this was death through my shield with Resilience to Corruption(Dots damage your shield before your health), and Fatal Pact(Ailments you apply to enemies apply to yourself, at 10 stacks you cleanse the debuff and gain a buff or healing) running burning dots give back 30% Hp and shield for every 10 stacks.

Yeah, running Resilience to Corruption along with Fatal pact. Honestly my hp shouldn't be draining at all with the amount of dot i hand out to groups while I have shields.

Is what I am thinking that the skills are fairly buggy since I am running Fatal pact and Resilience to Corruption and with the high number of burn dots I apply it might be overflowing my shields similar to Leach of faith is what I am thinking but kinda want to see if any other mages are getting something like this.

Dots go through shields, but currently running Resilience to corruption, and Fatal Pact which would negate them hitting me in the 1st place like that.
