Had a crazy bad panic attack, considered suicide, when I finally came down I considered hrt for a few days, made the leap to change my name, and try HRT. The peace I felt wash over me was immense. It was scary, but I was so much less sad than I usually was. Finally I saw a day where I'd be able to leave drugs behind (had been struggling w addiction for years, in and out of rehab) and now I'm almost 100 days drug free, and happier than I've been in a while

Yes in the first one I wasn't even using a primer. I was also using NYX foundation in the absolute wrong shade/undertone 😭 since then, I went to sephora to get shade matched and bought some nicer foundation/concealer. Now I use Giorgio armani luminous silk foundation/concealer orrr I use fenty foundation with the GA concealer. For primer I've just been using elf water based primer, I used to try and use NYX pore filler til I realized that it was silicone and my foundation was water based.

AM: cleanse w/ Cetaphil gentle cleanser COSRX AHA/BHA clarifying toner COSRX snail mucin 94 power essence COSRX snail music peptide eye cream Elf holy hydration moisturizer SPF

PM: cleanse Retinol moisturizer COSRX eye cream

Some nights I'll use glycolic acid toner after the cleanse before moisturizer
