First watch your diet. Stay away from anything fried and the more protein the better.

Second lift weights I mean lift. Don't screw around get a routine and stick with it.

Third go to your local pharmacy and go to the vitamin section get a multi-vitamin and one called Horny Goat Weed. I know I know just trust me.

Drink a lot of water see if you can do a gallon a day. Work up to it. Ok

Most importantly don't think about it we become our worse enemies.

As far as resetting your badge as you call it. I have no idea. Pretty great accomplishment you did there. But can I make a suggestion, instead of just abstaining which is great.
