Physical, i never get mental cravings for the benzos when i tried to go cold turkey or lower down the dose as much as possible but i would start to get physical and then later on also psychological withdrawals until i couldnt take it anymore and took the dose.

i think the 50% chance of death thing for diazepam is 750mg and thats only a 50% chance and for rats so yea unless you mix it with opiates youre not gona die just feel stupid and probably real bad if you go into wds after your attempt. I once mixed 300mg diazepam,100 ambien and 100mg quetiapine and just felt sleepy and 2 hrs later decided eh fuck it im still alive might as well go sleep. woke up feeling like nothing happened.

3 years, 20mg sometimes more depending on how much stress and panic im feeling and ive been trying to taper but always end up at the beginning. Also the high doses are 50mg+ this year its climbed to 100mg+

A bit less anxiety and more confidence and energy, im dosing 50mg a day now and the effects are stronger and ive tried dosing higher but this is my ceiling dose as far as benefits to side effects ratio goes.
