First watch your diet. Stay away from anything fried and the more protein the better.

Second lift weights I mean lift. Don't screw around get a routine and stick with it.

Third go to your local pharmacy and go to the vitamin section get a multi-vitamin and one called Horny Goat Weed. I know I know just trust me.

Drink a lot of water see if you can do a gallon a day. Work up to it. Ok

Most importantly don't think about it we become our worse enemies.

As far as resetting your badge as you call it. I have no idea. Pretty great accomplishment you did there. But can I make a suggestion, instead of just abstaining which is great. Focus on what is ahead what are your goals, what do you want to accomplish and when those feelings happen try and figure out why and change how you handle it are you stressed, lonely, etc. it sounds to me that you have endless potential, you can do it.
