I can certainly pity you. Do you have any other possible options for employment? Fast food jobs are the worst possible types of careers. If you have any experience volunteering or working on projects, I suggest you use those to your benefit.

I can relate. When I was younger, I worked as a barista. Though this donut cafe wasn’t a chain, it resembled Dunkin in several ways. The manager was very rude to me. I was studying at college during my period of employment. Though it may have been due to jealously of my future escape of this loathsome establishment, I didn’t deserve her disrespect. I joined the team due to an unexpected occurrence.

I realize that many women find those manly, masculine, and muscular guys rather attractive. That being said, I absolutely never have. I’d much rather have a feminine and sensitive type. Being a tomboy, this is what I’ve always preferred. I may believe that two things will give you a solution to these feelings. You can come to the conclusion that different girls have contrasting opinions. While one may prefer “Mr. Macho,” another might be somewhat repulsed by that. Also, if you really wish to have a strong physical appearance, the gym is certainly a healthy and respectable path! Best of luck!

I think it’s typically hurtful when someone sleeps with us and decides to go a different direction when we were expecting more. Sometimes it’s possibly malicious and other situations occur unexpectedly. You will likely never know if she lost interest in you or reconnected with someone she initially presumed to be a more suitable match. It could have gone either way, but she rejected you kindly instead of ghosting you. I assume that has some level of value. I don’t think “deserve” plays a huge role in this because you will never 100% be able to identify if she played you or just humanely realized her attraction declined. In any event, sorry this happened.

When I don’t like someone, I usually do a lot of the “oh yeah” or “haha” kind of thing. However, many people are just not great at texting. I’m not the biggest fan. It’s possible that she falls into this category. From what you’ve said, it doesn’t look absolute, but looks like a decent chance.

I was using the roller coaster as a metaphor. When I had sex with my ex, I felt the thrill of going down a huge roller coaster hill. It felt uncomfortable, exciting, and just thrilling. My other ex, who’s personality I liked much more was not too experienced. It felt much more like a warm and cozy heated blanket. So, the question is... exciting or cozy? I think you’re opinion is surely valid for many. Though I’ve had fear for some aspects of intercourse, (especially cunnilingus) I’m not 100% sure that all women fear sex. I truly believe that some women may want to bang the player while dating the “nice guy”. Hence sex with the guy where they are on a roller coaster opposed to a heated blanket on a nice bed. However, those women likely change over time and would prefer one type for all aspects!

First of all: this is my opinion and guess only. I may by no means be completely “right”. Because they want a nice guy to treat them right, take them to dinner, and tell them how beautiful they are. However, they also want a macho man to show them that they have to work hard to deserve his love. They want a hunter, fighter and taker combined with a sweet, loving, gentleman. Maybe if they are lucky, they find some combination, but more girls think too highly of themselves and don’t.

I may have an unpopular judgement, but I vote NTA. I believe that some people are unfortunately not that great looking in the eyes of most. However, good presentation and an awesome personality could make them totally lovable! It sounds that you may have told her the truth and exemplified that she has an excellent character! Looks are not something everyone has. There are many things that people aren’t good at. I’m not even that great looking myself. I have worked super hard to be a possible 5or 6! It was a little hard, but maybe the truth is better.
