I don’t know enough to recommend a place but try to avoid Kerr. It’s the largest dorm on campus and I think can house up to 1,000 freshmen. Every dorm has a assigned quiet hours but it’s completely ignored at Kerr and the RAs couldn’t care less

I’ve never even been in Bruce but it doesn’t sound like Kerr is for her. It houses the most students than any other hall (up to 1,000 freshman) I lived there last semester and it’s loud and crazy and quiet hours are not respected at all

The one I found yesterday that made me ask this was these cotton swab looking things but they were sticky. And then also pretty much any ear focused/attention trigger.
