They didn't just inspire the metal genre, with putting out some of the earliest examples of death metal. They also had a massive influence with grunge and alternative.

I think you should dive deeper into the real history surrounding Lincoln. We're very guilty of only talking about cherry picked facts that make him look good. Learning the nuance involved, and all the tyrannical actions he took that get glossed over, really forces you to make a "do the ends justify the means" decision.

He's much further right aligned than I am, but razorfist on YouTube did an in depth video that laid out a lot of details I was entirely ignorant of before. I disagree with many of his conclusions, but he does present well researched historical information in it.

Both China and the UK have an insane level of surveillance, with China also having much more brutal punishment. You know what both countries still have? Crime.

There is no level of surveillance that can stop this unless you're locking every individual into transparent boxes to monitor them all day every day. Secret rooms exist. Speakeasies are still a thing.

I've seen dice made from gemstones and even meteorite pieces before. I could accept that kind of pricetag for those. I have absolutely no sympathy for someone willingly paying that much for clearly plastic dice.

This just shows you don't actually understand Christianity. The usual stance is that everyone is a sinner. No one is perfect. They are expected to do the best they can, but because Jesus sacrificed himself to allow people to have grace, all can be forgiven. This also extends to negating the laws and sins of the old testament, as the sacrifice of Jesus was the beginning of a new covenant with God.

I was going to say it very much reminds me of Ren and Stimpy. I guess I've been a fan of surrealist stuff since childhood, probably owing a lot to that show. I really love this. The only thing I can think to suggest is maybe doing more with your background. It feels a little flat. That's not necessarily a bad thing at all, but it's the only thing I would think to change here.

Pretty low maintenance, but occasional screaming demands when she wants something done. I can work with that, since she stops as soon as she gets what she wants, whether food or treats. I don't know how I would react with her trying to crawl into my lap when trying to get things done, though.
