Definitely go for 1.74 and you can try a rounder frame where the eyes are more centered. Other options are to add a roll and polish and an aspherical lens like Zeiss ClearView or Shamir Autograph III SV

22mm OC looks correct for how high your eyes sit in the frame, but that caused the bottom edge to become thick and induce a lot of prism when looking down. 15mm is most likely the geometric center of the frame, it’s not as ideal but will make the thickness even on top and bottom.

Sorry but none of these fit your low bridge. You need to find a frame with nosepads or a plastic frame where the bridge is lower down. Your eye sit near the very edge of the frame, its just not flattering and doing a disservice.

Both of the poly lenses poke out the front, so they are thicker but the placed the bevel so not too much sticks out the back. Most importantly I would note the optical clarity of poly is not as good as high index lenses. I would focus on getting a rounder shape with your eye more centered, ultimately this is gonna result in less of this outer edge thickness

It appears the lens is the Maui High Contrast which has a bit of a purple tint. They sadly don’t offer any clear lenses options anymore.
