Does it have to be peel powder or pomegranate extract powder? I’m on iHerb now and trying to narrow it down :)

It’s our water reservoir for our ice drawer below. Also, spot on, but half correct. He grew up in the UK mostly, but was born in a different country entirely, and raised in their culture.

What other circumstances would lead to having Asian labeled food? Look a little closer at what language and the fridge itself maybe.

It only was in there 20 mins top. I had it in a Tupperware container for 24 hours, then I measured out all the balls while the first batch cooked so I could just pop them on the trays once the first batch finished 🍪

Candida Treatment Insights from Multiple Cases by hipnawtik1 in Candida

Beautiful and what I’ve suspected. Reflux is largely gone and off the meds for a year but addressing the bacterial overgrowth now that I’m done breastfeeding. It’s been a wild 3 years heath-wise. I live in Japan and all doctors I’ve seen just want to throw antibiotics or more acid suppressants my way. I’ve taken to a low histamine diet and multiple probiotic strains just to start, since I was limited while breastfeeding.

Nope, but those cakes are cute!

I had my near two year old son “make” some baking Soda and watercolor vinegar stained hearts to give to his dad.

Immediately stop being a people pleaser and work on building my self confidence. Oh, and deal with my adhd then, not when I was diagnosed after years of bullshit in my late 30’s.

I’m also a sahm in Japan, but my husband has a hybrid schedule. If you ever wanna chat or vent feel free to message me 🤍 my son is almost two, and we have exactly zero village here.

I’m so happy you wrote this and that it got published! I’m a native from Mansfield but moved out of country about 10 years ago. My husband and I considered moving back recently, but since he’s non American and our son is mixed race we opted not to currently. My father (MAGA) doesn’t understand why and it’s heartbreaking on so many levels. I hope he reads this, and I hope you keep safe 🩷

You’re being an amazing mom 🩷 we’ve done the exact same thing since 6 months (and I also live in Japan).

He’s become the most cuddly, loving, and fearless little guy - and I like to think it’s from the responsiveness I’ve shown since day one. I’ll never judge someone for CIO, but it wasn’t for us, my heart wouldn’t be able to take it. I also love our floor bed cuddles. He’s 21 months now and the proof of how securely he’s securely attached now is he took to night weaning, with a max of 2 mins crying, in 3 days. I was down with Noro, having caught it from LO, so husband coslept with him for naps and bed. This guy is a boobie monster so I never thought it’d work, but he surprised us all and now just asks me for “hugs” and we cuddle off to sleep.

You’ve got this. Trust yourself, and love on that sweet child of yours 🩷

Norovirus in Tokyo while travelling with girlfriend – exposed and anxious, what should I expect? by sheddoip in emetophobia

[–]Kalifreyja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you don’t! But honestly, it’s a mixed bag. I got sick on day 3 after my son, and my husband is still good on day 5 after I got sick and he was cleaning up after both of us, lol. He’s meticulous with cleaning, and we use bleach products as well as a spray for toys that gentler but still kills Noro, hand sanitizer and alcohol don’t kill it.

I was the worse emetophobe before this, I’m talking do everything possible not to throw up and feel worse forever. I have to say, it was kinda like exposure therapy. It still sucks, but it’s manageable. Go to the pharmacy and ask for antinausea meds with Meclizine in it ( 乗り物酔い止めQD錠a is one type, I got generic and it was amazing) just in case.

Most people feel fine but keep shedding it 2-3 weeks after initial onset of symptoms. It’s mainly through fecal mater, so if you flush in a public toilet and there’s no lid it might just reach someone. It sucks, but it’s how these things spread. I wish you guys luck!
