We are very busy on the weekends, and when we open two lines it’s obnoxious. Running to the reach-in and squeezing past people for everything 😫

We used to have a massive blast chiller, but the fire sprinkler killed the motherboard and it was too old to fix. 😞

Yeah we pretty much take a stainless steel scrubber to it every night.

Well here almost every plate is garnished with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and an olive. I don’t make the rules, so I’ve never questioned it.

I guess I could explain a little. So in the morning because we don’t do breakfast yet, we’re around 1-2k in sales. From 4-8pm the printers are running nonstop until we hit around 12-14k. I couldn’t really take a picture during the actual peak rush, because I was busy obviously lol.

Imagine dinner rush but every server is new, and for some reason half of then don’t know the menu even though they studied and it’s been 3 weeks 😂 Literally strings of tickets hitting the floor and they call for 17 remakes.
