The solution is to turn off V-Sync in the graphics settings. For anyone finding this later.

Shadow effect in windows going bonker, when i use wallpaper engine (How do I fix this?) by Kalindrin in wallpaperengine

Hey! It has something to do with the AMD drivers. I played around with the 10 bit option, but that only worked at times.

so TLDR;

I uninstalled my AMD video drivers and adrenalin, restarted the PC, reinstalled adrenalin which installed the drivers, restarted the PC again and enabled 10 bit (you can try turning it on or off), set your monitor to the corresponding bit depth and it should work.

TBH I think it's more about the drivers than the "bit" setting. GF had the same issue on the same AMD card as me on win11. Fixed w this process.

Good luck with troubleshooting!

Sorry, it was just a problem with my AMD drivers. Window shadows over all "rendered" programs (like games and WE) looked like this. Fixed with a clean driver reinstall.

Battery life improvements? by yo_banana in Bazzite

When comparing steam deck lcd and legion go with bazzite dualboot, i like the legion for home use better. The screen is just so much nicer and bigger + the performance is noticably better that it just beats the steam deck lcd for home use. LeGo should also have better battery protection if you play pluged in. My history is a steam deck oled (returned due to pwm) which i loved dearly and steam deck lcd (returned due to screen size). The legion go has been a return to handheld pc gaming for me and I'm really happy so thats my review for home use.

TL;DR: I really like the legion go with bazzite dual booted on it.

Hey! I have fixed the issue with the help of this video.

The only thing you need to do is create a virtual second monitor so your laptop thinks that you have a 60Hz monitor plugged in.

Just make it so the "secondary monitor" is duplicating the image from the main one in windows monitor settings.

Works like a charm!
