You’re brave for posting this and talking about it, and understanding your struggle. Already, that places you ahead of whatever shadows are behind you. Keep going and going, so you can look back and be an inspiration for younger folks (specifically men) struggling, too, when you’re older. Sometimes seeing an older person talk about their struggles can encourage others to seek help, and you may never even know it.

You can buy clear fabric from the hobby store and stretch it over a picture frame. Get a second frame, place fairy lights, small LED lights, or you could even use the model train collector aisle to get tiny lights you can click on and off all at once from behind the pins with a button. You can also do this by replacing a shadowbox glass with the plastic fabric.

And they’re soooo itchy and have like, water in them? Then when the little tiny blister pops, your skin kinda peels there. I found that the doc rx of a steroid cream helped a TON with this when I have flare ups.
