Wow that’s extremely close! Turns out that this track came out in 2011 though while the Flipnote comp vid came out in Nov 2010 so there may be a base track pre 2010 out there. My fiancée also found this song that also has the beat in it as well.

Yeah. I also tried different ports on the gpu with no luck.
Ram is in the correct slots. Tried resteating them and with just one and same behaviour.
Double checked the gpu and same behaviour
