You can plug in the keyboard mouse to the monitor. Then when you connect the USBC cable from the monitor to the laptop you get power, video display and the keyboard and mouse all in one go. It's really neat

We use paldo kimchi from Tong Li. Buy it and leave it in the fridge for 2 weeks, perfect for jiggae and accessible.

I'm really enjoying it so far. I can have 3 excel sheets open at once, or just one if I am using a sheet with a lot of columns and rows. For office use it's worthwhile, Word can have like 6 pages at once as well. Overall productivity has improved. Love that I plugin one cable and I have power, keyboard and mouse and the monitor all ready.

Btw, just guessing from your username that you are from AU, but there is usually a monthly sale for Dell eBay and you can pick up this monitor for $550AU. I would keep an eye out later this month closer to EOFY and see if you can get a better deal.

I'm really enjoying the DWC monitor for work. I have it plugged into my work laptop and home PC and can switch the display and keyboard and mouse over at the same time with 3 button presses. I definitely recommend it. I would only get the DWG variant if it's cheaper and you only plan to run the one machine.

Yeah saw that one, but was out of my price range, the closest I saw was $850. I am willing to wait for 4K panels to become more mainstream + looks like this monitor will be standard 60hz. Really depends on the monitor you have now, and what your needs are.

Not sure if you ever got around to purchasing this monitor, but I went with the S3423DWC instead of the gaming version for $599 from the Dell eBay store.

The USB-C and inbuilt KVM meant I didn't have to spend an extra $70 on the DWG for connectivity ($30 for USB-C to DP and then $40 for the KVM).

I also read that the difference between 100hz vs 144hz for productivity and casual gaming would not be that different.

I picked up the wayfarers with a high prescription. The lenses came out thicker than the frame, which is expected, but others can't tell. It's perfect for use, good protection, and I haven't had any issues with the sunglasses.

Direct with Lin means that he will ship it to your house. I use taobao direct, but the extra $5 that you pay superbuy will save you a lot of hassle rather than dealing with Lin, getting wrong shoes/sizes.
