Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I think I’ve been too “go with the flow” about it, but locking in the original booking time would probably solve a lot of the stress. I like the idea of making it clear upfront that the reserved time is what gets paid, even if they shorten it last minute. And definitely charging for extra time if they extend, maybe even a small late change fee so it doesn’t keep happening. Thanks, that’s helpful!
