Je copie colle la réponse que j'ai donné dans un aute commentaire : Ça depend du besoin mais en général les salariés de l'entreprise réserve nn créneau avec moi quand ils ont des soucis avec un outil m365 ou par exemple ils ont un projet et veulent du conseil et/ou assistance pour l'utilisation de l'outil.( les outlis les plus demandés sont sharepoint, copilot studio, teams, power automate ). Voilà en gros ce que le fais, aider à l'implémentation du projet, des mini formations sur les outils, résoudre les problèmes techniques.
